BIASES AND FRAMING IDENTIFIED

Institution-centered framing: the coverage focuses on the Portuguese government's stance and the legislative procedures, without including testimonials from families or teenagers.

Preference for national comparison: Portuguese media consistently relate the French law to Portugal's legislative calendar rather than the broader European debate.

Low coverage of technical feasibility: Portuguese articles do not delve into the concrete age verification mechanisms mentioned by the French side.
