ATHIDE reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force at the time of subscription or renewal, after prior notice to the subscriber.
Subscription is completed online via the secure payment page provided by our processor, Stripe. Payment is made by credit or debit card. No banking details are stored by ATHIDE.
The subscription renews automatically. The corresponding amount is charged automatically at each term (monthly or yearly depending on the chosen plan) until cancellation.
The subscription is entered into for a term of one month or one year depending on the plan, automatically renewable for successive periods of the same duration.
The subscriber may cancel at any time from their billing area or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period; no pro-rata refund is due for the started period, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
In accordance with Article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code, the subscriber is informed in writing, at the earliest three months and at the latest one month before the end of the period, of the option not to renew the contract.
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers in principle have a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract.
However, as the subscription provides access to digital content supplied immediately, the subscriber expressly requests performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges, in accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, that they waive their right of withdrawal once access to premium content has begun. This consent is collected at the time of payment.
Personal data collected in connection with the subscription is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To learn more about how your data is processed and how to exercise your rights, please see our legal notice.
Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified processor.
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of any dispute with ATHIDE. [Consumer mediator: details being appointed.]
Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers.
