WHERE THIS COUNTRY STANDS

Factual periphery without engaged actor

BIASES AND FRAMING IDENTIFIED

Financial and legal framing: emphasis on the project's cost ($4.2 billion) and UEFA's legal proceedings rather than on sports governance issues.

European-first narrative: the timeline follows UEFA's and Wales's decisions without addressing African support for Infantino.

Sparse Trump coverage: no mention of possible U.S. administration involvement despite highlighting the Kushner connection.
