BIASES AND FRAMING IDENTIFIED

Canada's perspective on the issue is framed as a global mosaic of water crises rather than an isolated European event.

The Canadian government prefers to rely on official data from sources like NOAA, Copernicus, and SiPongi over individual European accounts.

Coverage of Canada's domestic situation is limited, with a focus on a single gardening article and a mention of the 2025 drought in Ottawa.
