BIASES AND FRAMING IDENTIFIED

Australia's news outlets frame their coverage around agency reports, with the two Australian articles largely reproducing Reuters and AFP dispatches without adding editorial analysis or local political reaction.

There is limited coverage of US Ambassador Mike Huckabee's statement referring to settlers as "Israeli terrorists", which is absent from the Australian articles reviewed.

The Australian press pool also largely overlooks the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights' condemnation and the water dispute in Fasayil, with minimal coverage of these issues.
