BIASES AND FRAMING IDENTIFIED

Nigeria's government is taking a close look at the way news is being reported, with many articles prioritizing official statements from organizations like the NFF, FIFA, and UEFA over independent analysis.

Nigerian news outlets, such as Vanguard Nigeria, often cite British sources like the Telegraph for details on certain stories, including the payment to a former employee.

The Nigerian press has limited coverage of South American supporters, including CONMEBOL and Argentina, who back Infantino in the international arena but are largely absent from Nigerian media coverage.
