BIASES AND FRAMING IDENTIFIED

Bilateral focus: coverage emphasizes Chile-Peru diplomatic relations and Kast's visit while offering minimal analysis of Peru's domestic political landscape.

Official bias: reliance on Chilean official sources and delegation representation leaves limited space for Peruvian opposition voices or independent commentary.

Domestic blindspot: scant attention to internal Chilean criticism of the presidential trip or longstanding border tensions between the two nations.
