BIASES AND FRAMING IDENTIFIED

Anti-authoritarian framing: Brazilian coverage places the incident within a broader pattern of Trump targeting judicial opponents without presenting the administration's response.

Preference for Newsom's account: the governor's statements are cited extensively, while Trump administration or DOJ responses are absent from the analyzed articles.

Limited scrutiny of underlying claims: investigations into the California Partners Project and tax questions are mentioned without analysis of their independent legal merits.
