The five suspects were apprehended after a call reported three suspicious vans heading towards the military installation early Sunday morning. The Gloucestershire police declared a "serious incident" and handed the investigation over to the anti-terrorist police, while an army bomb disposal team inspected the vehicles near the village of Whelford. About 85 households were evacuated to a nearby leisure center, according to Ámbito and Clarín.
